Listen to what I said in the first seconds of the video, not the friendliest build for F2P specially if you are new because it has a few requirements. It’s not about armor pen but potency for this build , most dmg comes with dots

With 1k reso i can have impact against 10k whales . I simply fear , immobilize and target/annoy backline . Most of the time i Have most amount of asssist . 80% wr at 3400 points in legend .
