I agree with this wizard, but you have to know how to play it. I've seen hundreds of full cc wizards, but maybe 2 good ones, especially "Nihillus" on European servers, but still as soon as I jump with my barbarian I can eat him in 1 sec. This class has zero survivability. Even in pve you can easily kill yourself.

This is definitively one of the most fun builds for necro I was disappointed at the spectral Mages they don't deal enough to take to the 360+ Challenge rifts & for PVP I still use he Black Wall essence with the new Chest Bone armor shield & the Pants that steal life, I wish they did transformations with the rest of the classes Like a Lion Barb or a Vampire DH

im not a specialist but doing 5ml dmg per sec and none of my gear is r30. my reso round 2.5k. but good runes + entropic whell r10 +r10 hovac bearier gives u 36% dmg boost each time ure use skill. + 2x vithus set + 4x banquet + 2x grace

new essencess for pants are way better as much as main weapon for electricute.

Wow! To face a barbarian you need a lot of resistance, I mean because he is a necromancer it is assumed that his resistance is not that high, But it seems that if he can fight a barbarian with that build, I'm going to share it with my clan friends who use necro, it looks great!!

The chest bone armor gear, only when u kill an enemy, its more for pve.
