You should get a three cost 5 cost blocked in the corner by two long range units so it give tam kench enough time to get strong and when he finally gets to go up against the five cost he will be really strong and it will be a close match

A lot of the health comes from the shield ability tho. And if you trap him, his mana fills up a lot slower which in turn stops him from gaining lots of health. He needs to be hit a lot so the mana regen increases.

crown of champions + luden's tempest is more powerful. it can one shot the whole board with over 2M damage even with a level 1 champion. you just have to have enough gold for it.
