《Braised Vermicelli with Cabbage and Tofu》
Chinese cabbage, tofu, sweet potato vermicelli, make up a steaming pot of stew, this is a common dish for our home in winter. Added seaweed makes it taste more flavour and sweet。It’s simple, convenient and easy to make!
Ingredients:
Sweet potato vermicelli 80g, chinese cabbage 300g,
carrot 80g, medium firm tofu 400g, seaweed 10g,
water 300-400ml, mushrooms stir-fry sauce ½tbsp,
salt ½ tsp, sugar ¼tsp, white pepper ¼tsp,
dark soy sauce ½tbsp, sesame oil 1tsp, coriander
