You need the degree for the job so if he cheated getting it then the degree is invalid and the fraud case is even worse because he's been fraudulently working for 20 years and has made tons of business decisions without the required education (legally) so he's fucked. It doesn't really matter though since they can just say he made the story up for entertainment purposes. That's how rappers get away with threatening people.

One year in highschool almost every teacher was out for some kind of emergency board meeting. These 2 brothers (who look kinda similar, only major difference being hight) ended up swaping places for the day and actually pulled it off. I know a story like this, i used to work at a B2B or B2G type of e-commerce, one of our product is an auditing app for business. Our Head of Programmer and Our Head of Sales are identical twin and as a twin they took the same major but at different universities. While in universities they always pull these kind of trick. So, the programmer one works for both of their project or assignment and the sales one do the presentation for both of them. Both of them graduate with summa cum laude on 7th semester in their university and decided to work together.
