I'm staggered by the security guard who claimed he was born in England back in 1979. It doesn't say much for the state of our education system that he was barely able to make himself understood after 40+ years. How on earth did he pass his SIA certification?

This first security man, is saying some random things. At one point he says outside is no problem. Then changes everything around saying you cant film inside, DJ, never said he wanted to film inside. Then he calls his mates, then starts talking about suing. Think he has forgotten something, he left his workplace, to come outside and question someone in public with a camera. Madness.

I've never worked in security or got an SIA licence, but I've been told by people who have that the week or two training doesn't even mention GDPR. However, if you are front-line security, you should definitely have at least one day of training on it or look it up because it's a part of your job.

Harrington Builders and Shinfield Studios each posted video of the recent construction as well as numerous other channels. By the second gate, the light pole is ever so slightly tilted.⭐⭐⭐👍 Crowdhouse Energy installed a 30 KWP roof solar system. The 2021 concept drawing associated with planning news articles show several larger studio buildings to include roof solar. Appears not yet installed and may be reconfiguring the solar layout as what is installed on the one building is configured different from the concept drawings. Planning docs may have more detail. A late 2024 revisit would be great to see if additional roof solar is installed and the configuration.

It was Dje Media that just walked on site at Shinfield Studios, I think security thought he was doing it for the Studio. They didn't like it when they found out he had been on site. He didn't mean to get the security man in trouble but security didn't challenge his right to be there 🙄

Contractual issues, if you fit them to your home you are locked in to a contract for so many years, and if you sold the property the next buyer may not want them, and you then become liable for the cost of the whole installation which could top 50k in Breach of Contact.
