Setting up 200 m² with Simon and  Todd . Don’t let someone with no experience. Tell you that you are too expensive when they have no idea what involved in a job. Knowledge is worth every cent. .

The setup on this job shows you that 90% or more of the effort is in the prep... Get it wrong, and the whole job fails... Pouring the concrete here is the icing on the cake. The story was an anecdote, but people don't really get whats involved. Love the attention to all the details Ninja 👍

Another thing people don't think about is insurance , yard rents etc. Also too you need to make enough to not go under if another customer goes broke and cant pay you or have warranties to fix. Especially if you have workers too. No point getting someone with a warranty that is cheap if he goes broke and closes down after 1 or 2 bad jobs or watnot

This is just a “new” way of telling the same joke story every construction guy with some time under his belt has heard. It’s simple, my price is my price..it’s a fair price and if you want to haggle go call a different shop. I got enough work that I don’t got to “bargain discount” for customers😂. You called me because I have been running my business for 20 years, never been tied up in any litigation and have a flawless reputation. You don’t “haggle” with your surgeon when he saves your life do you? 😂😅
