You brought up some good points that I hope they’ll fix or discuss to the community. Tbh I haven’t been getting any modchips or even heroic or legendary. Began to realize they force you to manually fuse mods which is a chore because if you don’t all the heroic mods and legendary mods you get will be automatically fused especially if you haven’t fused them yourself which sucks, like heroic is power level 806 and epic is power level 806 so the game jus sees the heroic as a regular epic you have and will automatically fuse with other epic modchips. It’s been annoying having to force fuse yourself especially at end game when your constantly getting epic modchips. Also wish they had a feature where you can sort by new instead of power or rarity it gets annoying having more than 100 gear and trying to figure out what you have new is annoying.

I've gotten to the point where I'm sure I have 90% of legendaries because most of my legendaries drops don't give me anything, here's the thing though, unless you want something specifically, the contacts and watch have a set loot pool, they only drop a few of the legendaries in the game, if you want the other ones you have to grind very hard missions I can say it's possible that grade upgrades can be random and that's where the grind comes in from but I have to test it out first

count your total legendries for any one specific character.. what is your total? At least for suits and melee i found only a total of 35 unique pieces.

I KNEW I WASN’T CRAZY. Also does anyone notice how when you get your crime meter to 12 it never gives you 12 crimes on the map?? I mean I know it’s random but how are you going to have gear set to specific places but I get only 8 crimes when I put in the time and effort for the meter to get to 12?? So my thought was that the legendary loot pool is significantly smaller than the epics etc etc. so when you do get the "reward" it's a duplicate of the one you already have to the exact stat therefore you don't get the icon saying you can craft a new one. If that theory is true. the loot pool needs to be extended because i'm fed up of looking like a red power ranger with the only 4 slot legendary get as robin.

This is the trick. There is a limit. This game is not a live service. Whenever you complain they will hide behind this fact. But they coat it like a live service so people think they can play it longer than it spouse to be played.

Well... here is my thought. First, they intended the game to be like Marvel's Avengers a 'live service' game... and then during mid-development they completely changed the game away from it due to Avenger's complete failure. So what we're stuck with is a game that had live service elements but then removed, so I think they intended to add more suits over time, but with the change... what you have is all you're going to get. I honestly don't think they care anymore, they're just doing some bug fixes, and then will move on... I'd be surprised if they added any further content beyond Heroic Assault. Considering the fact they tried to hide the 30 fps lock for consoles in order to get more pre-orders... I don't exactly trust WB Montreal to 'do the right thing'. It could also be said that this game is NOT an MMO, so once the game ends... it ends... for gear progression too. I think them saying you can switch freely between characters was another lie... because if so, they would include blueprints acquired on one, to be on ALL characters. Instead, you have to grind for gear on each character, which doesn't make it very 'alt' friendly IMO. Then, once you get all the best gear... then what?!? With it no longer being a 'live service' game, what is the point of all the grind?!? Just disappointing in that regard.

Who said the stats would be RNG? the only expectation in most games with loot like this are RNG on the loot in general(possibly random small properties but all would be likely defined). Hell I don't even think boderlands has total stat RNG. Hell does even Diablo at this point? Random stats would be amazeballz in any RPG, that's why it's hard to do (from what I've seen)

Borderlands stats are broken upby gun parts. Stocks, mag, receiver, sights, barrels, elements, grips. With about a dozen of each for each gun not to mention the legendary effect. It's not TRUELY random but freaking close enough...

Not 100% complete random.. but for example maybe the legendary "Cryogenic Suit" i would expect it to have Cryogenic Armor and Resistance sure.. but the % should be different.. maybe one at 10%, 13%, and maybe 15%.. different levels of quality.. grade should maybe spawn are 0/1 or 0/2.. maybe power, defense, health have also different levels of quality, and even probably more important they should spawn different conditional stats. Point of it is that if every "Cryogenic Suit" that spawns has these exact same stats then there is no point in farming and once i complete the game and get each elemental gear then im done.. there isnt anything left to do. For a game that has so much Loot this idea is silly. IMO

at level 40, there are very very few legendary pieces that drop demon.. you have to get it in epic for the most part.. there are lots of suits that have much fewer drops for sure

After change the character you have to go back to main menu and click on continue. The Item will appear again. 😁 same can you do if the item that appear is not that what you looking for. That mean if the item is a weapon but and you don't like it then repeat it.

which missions are you talking about? you might be getting the icons mixed up between the legendary mod and legendary gear, they do look similar. I dont remember any missions that give out legendary mods.

if you are still leveling up, it is bc the game as deemed that piece of gear obsolete and deleted it bc the level on the gear was lower than you currently were in the game

no.. you would need to get to level 40 then get the blueprint to drop again in the world by doing activities. then u can craft it again.

anytime u get a loot drop the "blueprint" instantly goes into inventory of the blueprints and you can see what is new and not.. when u "craft" then yes it will show up at the belfry.. but the blueprints are always instantly there. thats what im talking about
