I think its been fixed. Ive been scaling up to level 60 ( im on 59 ) in the city and I've never touched the boss fights , Heroic Assaults , or the DLC's. Keep in mind, your level stays the same ( lvl.40) , but your gear level increases. Hope this helps, reach out if you need help

Why in heroic assaults I have all mythic gear level 80 gear and when I fight level 80 enemies I do like no damage? Do you know why.

They shouldnt auto-delete LEGENDARY blueprints. Just let the user do ti themselves (with confirm). Simple fix and we can redo the lower levels and get that gear if we want. And of course auto-level the open world and add new gear.

I put in over a 100 hours into this game, it has it's issues but I just loved it, but after eagerly waiting for the update, seeing it just broke the game, I uninstalled it and went to Marvel Avengers for winter soldier. I really hope they fix this, so I can continue to enjoy the game.

@@Gregory-pi3oc Actually Winter Soldier is pretty fun, the problem with Avengers is that we get new heroes to play in the same maps and missions, after a while is just unbearable. Hopefully WB Montreal will scale the open world, because they just made the game pointless.

I stopped playing heroic assault. When I found out the open world doesn't scale to your level. Who made that design choice. It makes it where u can only play level 30 heroic assault for any gear. I'm not touching that mode anymore until the patch the scaling

They want us to run the same mission with no changes to the environment 1 million times to get all gear for all 4 characters 😂 Then the mods you need are a level below you. Before heroic assault came out I was one shotting enemies. Heroic assault level 60 gear didn't change that. In fact I am still using my lv 40 gear. So complaining about it being easy is an asinine point in my view. I do think they should give you options to maintain your own blueprints but complaining about not able to keep useless gear is still dumb. There should be a new game ++ with enemies being 60. But that's to have to have continuity between the modes, however again, complaining that it is unplayable because you can't get weak gear dumb. End game modes will always where new gear and items are gated in looters games. Diablo/avengers/destiny/boderlands/etcetcetcetcetcetcetcetc. They should have included multiple levels to play so the one starro level doesn't get stale, but besides that it's pretty par for the course in how end game is treated in looters. And complaining about not getting instant gratification over legendary rng is also pretty normal of this generation of gamer. Make it easy and give it to me now 🙄

@@SunnySyde I already said I agree about needing more than one level to grind besides fl 30, needing a new++ for the lv 60 issue and should let control how you delete your blueprints. You are whining because you lost a bunch of weak gear you were never going to use and feel using the higher level gear makes the city to easy/unplayable is dumb. Maybe you just had bad builds or bad luck farming gear, but I was one shoting most enemies with Batgirl and Robin before this came out. The city cap of 40 was already pathetically easy. Upgrading your gear and mods to level 60 makes the lv 60 enemies pathetically easy again. So that won't fix your city problem anyways. Itll let you farm all the useless gear you won't actually use but I guess OCD compels you have in it your inventory? As for the mod issue with fl29 and fl30, I think it's safe to assume that is an error that can be fixed with a patch. But again, not the end of the world if you don't get that few extra points from the mods. Who were you planning to use them against? Weren't you just calling all of the internet to arms because your characters were over powered anyways?

@@silverfang215 This isnt about you man, this is the entire community as a whole.. and regardless of what you think, people want choices.. and there are lots of people that run specific gear bc they like the style not just it being overpowered. You give players items they want and earned and then take them away without giving players a choice isnt right. What if a player doesnt have enough nth metal to craft the gear they want and then lose it all going into heroic assault bc they didnt know. What if players loose the opportunity to craft anything just bc the game deems it "obsolete". You can call lvl 40 gear worthless all u want but there are plenty of players out there that want it. Im not "whining" that I lost gear, bc I dont need it. Im "whining" bc they took things away from players without giving them a choice and the option with no feasible or reasonable means to get it back. This is about everybody. Casual and hardcore players alike. You cant possibly be so narrow minded to think that just bc you are good and can "one shot" everything that everyone in the game does that as well or should be able to do that. There are people that found lvl 40 activities challenging and enjoyed them and now with lvl 60 they will be even easier and not as enjoyable, there are others that enjoyed crafting all gear all weapons, doing all builds and they took that all away from everyone without telling them or giving them a choice and then said, well if u want to replace those items u now have to only farm one thing to get it back. Hard mode most certainly should be "hard" and it never has been to me either, but im trying to consider everyone and there are plenty of people that care about these sort of things

@@anthonymorales8510 i dont think that is a bad idea.. but.. for me they should of just made difficulty scale with actual difficulty which they didnt.. the only difference between very easy to hard is health which is a ridiculous measure of difficulty. The AI should be smarter/better players instead of being exactly the same. Might not be feasible with their coding though so who knows.. increasing damage/health to 65-70 could work too though

Everything you said is right on the money. My proposal would be to add an HA+ mode after your first clear where each floor is level 60 so you have more options to farm gear. It’s obviously hard to notice when you are just breezing through them, but each floor does get harder in terms of variety and difficulty of enemies present beyond just their level. And then I dunno, make floor 30 level 80 or something but stick it dropping level 60 gear. Because it is legitimately fun and challenging to do when you are underleveled(I did it with 2 40 and 1 50 piece).

They just keep it the first time they get it. The point is that it's optimal and it only breaks the game if they let it. If people only want level 40 gear then they can still aim for that. It's mainly a single player game with the optional co-op and no competitive modes in any way. Why not let the people who love the power fantasy breeze through hard mode? There's no trophy for it after all. If I want to keep hard mode challenging then I'll throw on some level 40 gear. All optimal, nothing is forced, it's a win for everyone

well i never played avengers so i really dont know about that.. all i know is that almost every person that has finished everything in the game will not farm one single activity for long before they quit and move on. There is no reason to play anything in the game being that its soo ridiculously easy and u cant even get new items without doing 1 single activity over and over and over.. regardless of what avengers is like, nobody wants this.

They took a lot of ideas from Division I and II, they should've also adopted the idea of World Tiers. Keep the one that's in, then add tier 2 from 40-50, and a world tier 3 for level 60 so you can get on level drops that way. If they want to keep the world gear basic, I could live with that and leave the best stuff for the HA and the unique items you get in Showdown.

yes the latest update finally made it to where the city dropped gear and mods around ur current gear level, so u can eventually get to 60 with the city drops.. just not everything unfortunately

When the update dropped with heroic assault this is what happened… weeks later they put out another update that increased the open world.. so for those that were playing at the time of the original update that is what happened to us until they fixed it. So needless to say it is outdated.

I do wonder if letting the characters go to 60 would mess up the player-to-enemy strength balance, since LV60 gear is already so powerful. But I suppose it should be easy enough for the devs to lock character stats after LV40. Anything past 40 would be just a 'rank' allowing enemies to scale properly.

First, love your videos! I agree, at this point other than beating on bad guys in the city for fun, it's impossible to get additional 60 level legendary gear. I was lucky to get a 60 legendary suit, melee and range that gives extra health and momentum, or knocking out a bad guy gives next hit a serious critical hit, but its the only set I use now cause I can't get anything new that doesn't immediately become obsolete, especially legendary stuff. Kind of feels like I reached the end of the game.

Support, brother. Devs should try to remember, gear is a means to an end. If you give us gear and we have nothing to do with it but to beat down easy opponents then the enjoyment will quickly fade. Anything too easy will make players bored. Same with anything too challenging, that's why the sweet spot is like 80-90%, you should fail a little to keep going! This really does apply to like everything IRL, like studying. Side note, it drives me absolutely up the wall that it's called level 60 gear when we're level 40. WHAT THE FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU.....

I feel like we're still in prologue.. same with Marvels Avengers.. (MA Patrol mode like GK and more heros bruv) (GK more heroes aaaand the rest of the game?) The whole game kind of felt like one long mission (with respect to Bats RIP if im wrong or not) like there's whole other chapters to cover and heroes to meet. Young justice comes to mind and I can't let it go.. plot. Holes. 🕳 or ⛳️ new game plus enemies lvl 60 after heroic assault yes. Lvl 60 and the alien and meta heroes that come later start at lvl 1 because they're stronger in different ways but still have crimes to solve and baddies to hunt.. they'd be balanced differently so when pvp pve comes it makes sense for the grind to be hero specific. When do we get so see the other resource materials?????

the rewards are not worth it. you expected to be rewarded heavily from going through floor 30 with at least a few legendary items... especially a set u should be able to get a legendary set or something. except u get 1 or nothing at all. and if you get legendary items it's for the mod. Even showdown is disappointing. you can only do it once and get a legendary set. it's nice it gave you a legendary set but it sucks. You don't grind like crazy just to get 1 legendary armor, weapon, or range weapon. it is unacceptable i'm frustrated. this shit can do so much better.

@@SunnySyde i was also told you should play it on hard mode. i feel that's bs cause there's complaint no matter how hard the difficulty is people don't get legendary armor, weapon or range. lots of mods and stuff that's it. I feel the drops happen at the beginning when you try to move starro after that you'll be waiting a while. sometimes i don't get a drop until the last part where you have to get to the man-bat part. or sometimes before man bat but so frustrating. HA can be so much sunny

This game was irrelevant on day one. It lacked planning & depth. It was meant to be just like Marvel’s Avenger’s but they feared backlash & changed it & the game is shallow. The game is full of bugs, mods don’t store in story mode so you earn no legendaries or heroics. I stopped playing.

the problem is industry wide I can't think of one game ever created that has a satisfying and fulfilling endgame that most players love and enjoy and don't complain about the problem with the looter genre is the people making the games don't know how to create compelling content outside of the boss fights on the campaign heroic assault is great... like 5 times then you notice it's a giant copy and paste job and it's either the engine is limited or it's the imagination of the developers it isn't just wb Montreal it's all games... marvels avengers outriders anthem stranger of paradise final fantasy origin godfall babylons fall monster hunter diablo 3 the list goes on I mean how many different ways can't you fight ads then elites then a boss It's all the same lame formula... I fear the person to think of a solution to this problem hasn't even been born yet It's gonna take either a quantum super computer or cloud processing power or dare I say living ai it might take 30 years

while i do agree end game always has issues in every looter shooter.. this game specifically is worse than all of them imo the way it is currently structured.
