Need to island to add stools and add more counter top space with usable cabinet underneath. Add medicine cabinets for storage in both bathrooms,and extend counters in both bathrooms.

7:29 This is a very nice home! Like the floorplan and cabinet color! I would add baseboards, a full size window in the hall and laundry room; plus a cabinet and hanging pole above the washer/dryer. I would add shelving where you mentioned, plus an opening transom window above the tub in the main bath. A glass top range and above stove micro would complete this home for me. The smaller bedroom I would make a multipurpose office/storage room. I'd even put a freezer in there. In the kitchen, if possible, I'd like to switch the stove and dishwasher. It would be more practical, and you could watch TV while you're cooking.
