7:29 This is a very nice home! Like the floorplan and cabinet color! I would add baseboards, a full size window in the hall and laundry room; plus a cabinet and hanging pole above the washer/dryer. I would add shelving where you mentioned, plus an opening transom window above the tub in the main bath. A glass top range and above stove micro would complete this home for me. Need to island to add stools and add more counter top space with usable cabinet underneath. Add medicine cabinets for storage in both bathrooms,and extend counters in both bathrooms.

The smaller bedroom I would make a multipurpose office/storage room. I'd even put a freezer in there. In the kitchen, if possible, I'd like to switch the stove and dishwasher. It would be more practical, and you could watch TV while you're cooking.
