Man, i'm gonna be honest with you bro... i've spent the last 3 hours watching old vlogs from swiftyirl back from 11-12 years ago all the way up to when you moved out(drove with lilo to seattle) Idk if you'll see this, but thank you for all the memories back then, I was their daily watching and coming home from school excited to see an upload. I was 18-20 during those days, i'm 32 now and i'm just getting to that age where I miss the old days and didn't realize how good we had it....I can only imagine how it feels for you guys. I miss Tenex too he's a great dude! The cancer was causing hypogonadism so now I'm doing TRT and feel ALOT better (should probably do a video talking about these things to raise awareness). Yeah I have severe sleep apnea and can never get passed stage 2 of sleep without a CPAP. And both of those things combined explained why I always had such a hard time at the gym for YEARS. But not anymore!
