If you ever want to venture way further south, Homestead has a big Mexican population and lots of authentic good Mexican restaurants. You can also go to Knaus Berry Farms to go strawberry picking with the kids and get their DELICIOUS Amish cinnamon rolls. Lots of cool outdoors stuff to do with the kids there.

My dream and regretfully was, giving alot of head space on a pipe dream. I always wanted a dad. As I've aged it's eased. However, seeing these two enjoy life with two exceptional parents brings me alot of joy. In some strange way it brings a sense of appeasement. I smile the entire time, literally. There’s not that many great places to eat in Florida to be honest, but since moving here I’ve discovered a few! Latin food and Asian foods are going to be some of the best you’ve had. I recommended Thai Thani (i-drive location), for Mexican food try El Tapatio, Domu for ramen, Kitty O’shea’s for wings and if you wanna try some Dominican food try Picalonga Mix. That’s all I got for now but I’ll pop in every now and then and give you some more recommendations! I’m a huge foodie myself so I’m always on the lookout for some good spots :)

Not for nothing, I’ve lived in Orlando for a loooonnngg time now and I don’t eat out here anywhere. I’m fortunate to have all Puerto Rican and Dominican friends so I eat bomb food all the time. Plus I’m Italian and my family cooks so…no eating out. Find you a solid Puerto Rican abuela to cook you a meal!
