Cheating and making money while doing so is fraud and high profile creators / competitors should be subject to the same legalities as other business committing the same crime.

They are, it's just no one is getting warrants and searching their computers for hardware and software to prove it. They just look at it as petty and won't investigate it. If enough people that gave money to these streamers signed a petition, you might get someone to investigate it for fraud. It would be very easy to stop if these game companies would come out and threaten legal action and follow through. A couple big streamers get sued to oblivion and thrown in jail and it would probably stop a lot of people.

Normally I don't comment on things like this but as one who suffers from mental problems, I despise those who use mental health as an excuse. I personally have the hardest time trying to function in a world where most hate on mental health to begin with and play games to escape from my problems for awhile. Not all streamers but most of them are the reason gaming is the way it is and why I switched to playing mostly solo games.

Why is it that every single vid the call of shame releases, looks exactly the same? Like, we get that so many high-profile streamers cheat. Yet, nothings actually being done about it. Ricochet says that their system allows the streamers to see that their idols are fake, yet doesn't implement actual change to stop these individuals from continuing to cheat. The best ways to go about doing so would be to 1.) Perm ban their Activision accounts 2.) Perm ban them from all streaming platforms 3.) Post vids showing these individuals are banned and continue to Perm ban them every time they create new accounts on new pcs. Nothing is coming from these streamers being shadow-banned. They continue to stream and excuse their actions through defelction.

If this doesn't stop, intrusive methods for anti cheat software won't be a choice. Call of Shame, if game devs built in walls and aim bots to thier games, and had a que for bot lobbies and called it training, would that hinder cheat devs? With it already in the game it can regulate the training code and ID it in live games. So it serves a purpose, train with dev approved walls and Aim assist at max, and keep it out of live games. If cheats still get used, there's a player pattern the anti cheat can use to Investigate , ID and ban if necessary. Keep it simple no more silly crap to troll cheaters, just ban them. The anti cheat needs an AI that could utilize training modes of games if devs do what I suggested. Thoughts CoS?

Yes, you would have to be a special kind of mental to cheat in a game day in and day out as a job. They are the first to scream for new content, they are the first that is so bored of Maps. I am pumped that cloaking and damage shield are back. Now we get to see who's cheating LIVE on stream. One of the streamers asked why are they doing this instead of just banning people? It is because before banning a cheater, they are still having fun. Their cheating is being rewarded by having good games. These antihacks are there to ruin cheater's games in a way the cheater cannot stream without being exposed. Anyone arguing against these antihacks is 100% cheating. These hacks only activate when people are consistently showing levels of aim and reaction time that are literally beyond what the human nervous system is capable of. The fastest reaction time a human can have. The average reaction time is 200-300ms. The fastest visual reaction time is 110-120ms. Fastest Audio reaction time is 90-100ms. Anyone who surpasses these numbers is cheating and should get banned. This is a hard limit caused by how fast nerves can send information.

There is a whitelist and there is a blacklist. Im on that blacklist for posting eomm proof and comments. The game litterally hate me so hard its not Even playable. So occanionally i jump on to play and post more proof. If i stay away 3-4 weeks I can actually have fun for a short while as well, and as soon as eomm shit on me I post that.
