Exploiting our nations loopholes is what these guys do best. They love to share those tricks with eachother. And not following our societies rules. In Canada a Canadian Broadcasting Channel (CBC) investigation has found out that in Ontario, trucking licenses are being given without appropriate training. Bribes, forgery and criminal groups are being used to allow dangerous driver on the road. In Quebec they have found out that even if the driving exams are failed, the government SAAQ allow foreigners to drive on the streets, very visibly endangering people's lives ....has the west been sold?? What is happening?
