As per arguments of Sri Abhishek Singhvi of Circumventing the prepole alliance, then formation of MVK is also defective to as it’s against the people mandate; hence they should have resigned and face fresh election. Alternatively it is the prerogative to Governors to call for Floor Test & his decision can be dealt with by the Speaker of the House, that too, after Floor Test only.
