361 basketball is criminally underrated

They have the best value for money sa budget category. Absolutely destroys the Nike Precision line. But 361 has a habit of baiting and switching/rebranding cushioning tech for the sake of hype. 361 floods the market with a lot of budget sneakers but it's better to just buy the more premium ones that go on sale. Long story: 361 Kontrol 2 was launched with QUIKFOAM but all other colorways and future versions actually only had Quikfoam Lite. They also launched an updated version of the Kontrol 2 which had the "carbon technology" and they claimed it was a lot better than the first version. It wasn't. The cushioning was like playing on bricks. It's almost as if they're hiding behind their project to reduce carbon emissions and using it to reboot the inventory by using cheaper materials.

Really? Only a long-term performance analysis will prove this. Will their shoes hold up after at least 4 months of intense play? If not, then I'm not buying them

@@rightybricks1582 The Kontrol 2 is arguably one of the most durable shoes I've owned. Regularly play in it in outdoor courts. Rough or rubberized. Barely any drags. Very few grooves tore away after a year of use.

Their problem honestly, is over saturation of basically the same sneakers with just different names. Even Nike and Adidas are guilty of this practice, but they managed to make up for it with their midranged variants. 361 degress will get there though, just give them time.
