In a game the AP slug as to be equal in strength as a 7.62 x 51 but louse strength at a certain distance So just remove the AP round, if you don’t want to have balancing problems

Against low geared enemies slugs can be effective, they fall of really hard in mobile though. I am a fan of buckshot to the legs, much more effective vs higher geared players, bit less range though.

@philwriker5214 But they might not reach the target. Almost everyone has some armor, and RIP Slugs can't pen the most basic ones, let alone anything better. (RIP has a pen of 3 vs the AP at 39 according to the wiki/game) If it does go through, then sure, it's probably a one-shot.

haven't played the game yet but how's the gear typically you can counter rats and push people in these types of games if you have better armor. For instance having an altyn in tarkov completely changes the game, is the altyn just as good in this game and can you easily get lvl 6 armor?

It's the essence of games like this. Threre is no reward vs risk. The skill is in camping, and using the cheapest tricks in the book to make $$. If you want to play actual skill based shooters, you play the breed he said was dying

It's effective only up to lvl 3 armor, beyond that AP slugs are useless, so you can only deal against the most basic protective gear and honestly, good to have an equalizer besides the Mosin, people gotta be able to bite ankles to geared players somehow, people will otherwise complain because "game is too hard without koens for high lever gear", so I personally dismiss any complaint.

The community of arena breakout is completely idiotic, i tried engaging in the discord and got harrassed and banned from it for claiming that the mobile version will get emulator support. The community went into an autistic rage first from saying that it will come to pc and now, even tho the devs are putting out surveys same as they did before releasing it on pc, the community is going into an autistic rage about it getting emulator support. They are the most elitist, hipocritical and pessimistic bunch of sweatlords that i have ever got in contact in, thankfully that doesnt prevent me from enjoying the game that much unless i get matched by rando sweatlords.
