Love seeing Justin in his element, speaking Cantonese! Good job pronouncing the Malay food names correctly 👍🏻👍🏻 it also warms my heart to see you enjoying nasi lemak, one of my favourite foods 🤤☺️ 3:01

You should go to the suburbs of KL like Damansara/SS2, Puchong, Subang, Cheras, Kepong and Sri Petaling, you can have even more great food. You can speak your cantonese too. Some of these places mentioned above are accessible via MRT. I would say KL has the highest number of cantonese speakers in South East Asia. It's also the capital of Malaysia, and global alpha city.
@project_where Жыл бұрын
Yes it’s awesome being able to hear cantonese around everyday. Love KL ☺️❤️

This is the kind of Asia you'd never experience in the Philippines. I dont know why the Philippines have deviated so much from the Asian scene. I've been to Malaysia once but we didn't do a food tour. I wanna go back so bad.

Perhaps your Chinatown was so old and blended with filipino culture so long ago and "lost" the authentic touch? It happens to melaka as well. It is the same with in thailand and indonesia. Malaysia has Chinese schools and tamil schools. And with language, we can retain the culture. Most Chinese in Malaysia came during the 19th century. I call it the 2nd wave after melaka(1st wave).

The Yong Tau foo one of the best in KL really popular there. The stuffing in there is make by fish meat. The curry noodle & Asam Laksa noodle 😋😋😋 also good.

Malaysia has the second largest Chinese population in the world outside of China after Thailand. Btw they are Malaysian citizens of Chinese heritage. There are more ethnic Chinese Malaysians than Hong Kong and Singapore. Look it up. The information is available online.
