Isyana was a prodigy, winning all sorts of piano and composition competitions both nationally and internationally. She was then awarded scholarships to study vocal performance in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore and Royal College of Music in London, graduated in 2015. She was signed by Sony Music Indonesia from 2014 to 2020 and produced 3 albums with them, the first 2 are in pop and R&B genre. You should check out the MV of this song Il Sogno, the graphic is really something. Really shows that she works with a group of most talented people. This girl is a musical genius. Her main background is classic and she won an award as the Asia's best player of one of the musical instrument, i just don't remember the name of the instrument. She plays almost all of those instruments and was academically graduated from a reputable music school in the US and Singapore if I'm not mistaken.

If you want to hear another versatile vocalist that can do a lot of vocal styles you need to meet Floor Jansen and her band Nightwish. Floor had classical vocal training since her teenage, and can do a lot of stuff from pop style until harsh vocal even growl style. A lot of reactor already got their jaw dropped when see Floor Jansen performance at KZbin, see her in live concert with Nightwish is like magical moments of music.

I watch her in beste zangers (dutch tv show) She sang : que se siente,shallow, phantom of the opera, etc. And its really good!
