1 - when we surrend we lose elo 2 - that's the only way for f2p players like me to reroll for free 3 - when you lose all coin flips on the 1st flights because you had shit minions in shop and you're facing high early tempo heroes I know that I don't have enough hp to build anything anyway so it's faster to conceed. 4 - 95% of the time it has 0 impact on the other players, especially your judgment is biaised because XQN picked denatrius AND has a quest based on the number or attackd AND QNX has the highest MMR of the lobby which makes him tag the ghost several times. So the probability of all these things to happen is less than 1%. We should NOT have another penalty for laver, fixing the client is the N 1 priority
