I’m in Europe and I can confirm this is very common. Happens to me 3-5 times per week usually. They even try to car jack you with this method. Just yesterday I once again had a baby thrown at my windshield. Just when everyone got used to it they started to use real babies. Really annoying, make sure to have anti-baby washer fluid in your reservoir.
