17:00 Easy, use the island counter that comes with the pro bar rather than base game or whatever counter. The pro bars all come with island counters to extend the bar as much as you like and they fit perfectly with the color slots. And that's "The Duke" Late Night bar and for a fact has it's own counter alongside the dive bar version that came with the pack. Then If you want a different counter to match the bar extension with back wall then for that bar Real Flat Counter fits best rather than lowest cost country counter with stencils used for starter homes. The Dive bar is best fitted with the counter that uses dark red(metal material in CAS) countertops, second from the lowest cost counters if I remember correct. Shame they didn't come with wall counters and overhead cabinets. Kinda hard to make a kitchen with a pro bar for the uber wealthy sim without the complete package... but The Duke and Real Flat Counters melds perfectly though I don't remember if it has overhead counters. Talking about mods instead of the stencil mod you want the bar mod to convert non pro bars into pro bars. Instead of changing out bars and counters.. a few clicks in a menu.

I think I’m gonna keep it as a KZbin series. I find that I can cut out a lot of the grindy, skill building & job promotion stuff and just show y’all the highlights. If I streamed this family, I think it’d be a lot of speed three with not a lot of content/stuff to discuss as it’s a completion type of the challenge.

@@lunskam she streams the Sims 2 as well! if you’re wanting relaxing background gameplay. personally there are hardly ANY sims 2 streamers, many have left or moved on to the Sims 4, so i am fine with this challenge being a YT series instead of streamed 😊

You just have to import the settings file using Nraas Overwatch and then enable whatever custom climate you want as I do in this vid!

I think it depends how you’re installing them. If you use BlamsEA, then I know for sure you can have the items without the worlds. If you’re installing through the launcher, then I’m not sure? I think so?

My favorite store worlds is Riverview, Sunlit Tides, and Monte Vista. I find Lucky palms to be kinda boring and the architecture doesn't really fit nore does the theme, looks like it should be just outside LA on the way to Vegas rather than in Arizona where the landscape fits but the gambling doesn't. Outside the venues that look like they belong in LA there's really nothing there of interest. According to the Wiki: "The design and theme of Lucky Palms was inspired by Palm Springs and Las Vegas, as well as desert towns in California and Nevada." Well Palm Springs is outside LA so that explains the architecture, the only thing from Nevada is the casino... everything else is Arizona especially the desert. If they went correct on the architecture for Cali and Nevada desert towns it would be old west themed mixed with mid century shopping centers and a trailer park or 2 and then set in a completely different desert that has no mesa's and the dirt is pale greyish tan not tan/orange brown. Inspired by means they heard Palm Spring has wealthy people and Vegas has gambling, then looked at pics of Arizona for desert scenes and LA for architecture is my guess. Mark missed is reality. I just don't like it for that reason. Also Moonlit Hollow is not a good world. Riverview and Sunset Valley does the same nondescript small town better. You can fight me on that lol.
