Bro. When bleeding the cooling system your heater needs to be on full blast in the car. So that water can circulate outside and inside the car. And those headlights 😍😍😍 she's one beauty👌🔥. Followed this build since day 1 and will always continue 🙌.

You should bleed the cooling system to get rid of the small air pockets(little bubbles) in the system and it can only be done if the fan radiator fan is work. If the fan is not activated, the overheating issue will not go away. I had a similar issue with my citi life and abf. Alternatively bypass the fan switch and let it stay on while the motor is running to see if you experiencing a similar issue while the fan keeps the motor cool. If not then sort out the radiator fan first. By the way, that grill and lights are on point👌Goodluck👍

cant run on pure coolant.must be 50/50 water coolant mixture. coolant boils and hits the weak materials. i had the same problem welch plug leaked

Mr.late there by your temp sensor by the engine block open it when your pour in the coolant and pour coolant in that hole so it can fill up your radiator also just my way 😉

Delaray goldwagen sells one that's made out of Ali I have one fitted and it's sharp if u need one let me know aslo easy way to bleed the system or what we do is take the return pipe out of the bottle leave the lid of the bottle of fill up that water system start the car and keep the return pipe in the lid Rev up little till the the water comes out smoothly out of the return then all air is out put pipe back in the bottle and close up

Do these cars have a thermostat that fits on the block. Most newer cars have a thermostat and can't run without them coz the thermostat has a gasket which helps to seal the system

I would recommend the Crystal or Oem headlights. Reason being, with the Jeep headlights the traffic officials has a problem with it fitted in a mk1.

Drill a 1/8" hole in your thermostat, for the air pockets to escape. Problem solved engine running cooler. Always running a good coolant 100%, no water, water cause rust thats why water jackets don't last. You bought lights from mr. LEE. What did you buy from mr.Wang??🤣🤣
