Incredible Home-built Mk1 Volkswagen Golf - This is the 2023 VDUB Campfest Winner!

South African's emotional connection to the Mk1 Golf runs deep. This owner/builder's connection runs deeper than most, and he has created something particularly special in his back garden.
Aadil, who own Street Crew Customs ( / street_crew_customs ) set about creating a show car to advertise his new business, and it's all gone rather well, with the car winning the overall best in show at this year's VDUB Campfest.
The attention to detail is remarkable but so is the story about perseverance, he even taught himself how to build and install air suspension.
