You should try sitsaron bulaklak dipped in spicy vinegar. Since Koreans like veggies, try lumpiang sariwa or fresh lumpia with sauce sprinkled with crushed toasted peanuts. It can be veggies fried lumpia dipped in spicy vinegar.

Try this Pinoy foods Adobong Pusit sa gata (Stewed Squid with coconut milk), Hilabos na Hipon (Stewed Shrimp) , Pork Dinuguaan (Pork Blood Stew), Pork or Beef Kate Kare with sidedish of Bagoong or Pork Binagoongan (Pork with Shrimp paste) or Pakbet with Bagoong Hipon or isda (Stewed veggies with shrimp or fish paste)

Basketball is one popular sports in the Philippines. That is why in every corner you see basketball courts with boys playing barefoot or with just slippers on and often without the top (shirt). There are many food stalls or carts selling fried food just like the ones in Boardwalk in Duma (short for Dumaguete). The dynamite is not really traditional. It is just a version of lumpiang shanghai (fried spring rolls). The food that I want you to try is balut. I guess it takes guts to eat this especially among foreigners.

i love kimchi from korea, i work before in a korean company name HYUNDAI, my korean friend our foreman always bring kimchi & we eat together during our lunch break @ saudi arabia project. then again in Taiwan i also work with many korean people our company named Samsung Engineering, again lots of kimchi foods they brought to the jobsite, most of my korean friend gave me kimchi thats why it became my favorite korean food. yes korean people are great & loving people specially to the filipino engineer's. enjoy your vacation here in the Philippines.

I recently went to Dumaguete and ate at Sans Rival Cakes and Pastries. Its famous in Dumaguete and was established in the 70's. They serve Filipino food. The best Sans Rival I have ever tasted.

annyeonghaseyo. every time I watch your family food/adventure vlogs I am really enjoying a lot. you are a picture of a simple family who moved to PH and do not know what future awaits in the country that will be their second home. and I think your family is already adapting to life in PH. I also didn't know that Oliver knew how to play basket ball, and yes basket ball is one of the hobbies/pastimes of the locals in PH. It's not new to see filipino kids with their feet up when playing basketball, because they feel more comfortable when they're barefoot. yes, one of the local foods I like is dynamite because it has cheese inside. stay healthy my korean brothers and I hope your subscribers grow more.
