The problem is we are being undercut by the financial industry via poor monetary policy, captured regulators, and likely about to see even more corporate welfare. Working a side hustle after my 40 to 50 hour work week seems like a waste to me. That side hustle isn't going to earn me enough to justify losing the free time I do have. Feel perfectly free to disagree with me and exert as much effort as humanly possible but if you're working a lot of OT WITH the expectation that it's going to help you get ahead in life you're being fucked by your boss. If you're not making 70k to 100k you're job probably isn't worth your time anyway - unless you really, really enjoy it. Every so often societies collapse. Between deglobalization and a graying demography the world over we are nearing the end of this system.

The rightest way to look at this is financial wellbeing and emotional wellbeing. Everybody needs some time to themselves to relax and enjoy yourself, or you go crazy. But you have to decide how much time you should be spending on that versus getting money, and if you're in a precarious position in the society we live in, you KNOW that it's probably better to be unhappy but in a home with food and water and electricity than to have been happy but now you're out on the street.

All these boomer tards that got a leg up(Rudy got a loan from his parents to flip houses and get his brokerage licences) failed on the stock market(he admitted as much) then went after people not good with their money since its statistically lower-income people that buy TCGS where he makes a fortune off his patreons, who watch his video and get overcharged for his "services" while most of the time Rudy flexes his wealth or in cases like this talks down to people. I find Rudy entertaining even though he is just one formulaic method now using the same phrases(pop culture, usually family guy). Eh, I am happy working 30-40 hours a week living in a better location (water view, major city on the West Coast, not Florida lol) than Central Florida, raising a family, and still make 2-3x the national average wage. Rudy definitely has more money than me, but I will spend way more time with my family and spend many more years with my kids than Rudy... and that is something he can never do. To each their own, so don't feel like you have to work 60 hours a week to have a great life. No, I can't do a side hustle when taking care of my kids, parents and extended family. Yes, I provide income to various people (parents and grandparents - which privilege does not require of Rudy) and still only work 30-40 hours a week, but I would rather take care of my family than have a warehouse full of sealed MTG and delay my life 10+ years like Rudy has. Anyone can works 80 hours in a week. Try doing an 80 hour workload in 40 hours, then you can talk. It's not the hours you work, it's what you get accomplished while you're working.

Sorry Rudy but you’re wrong. Spend some time with your kids and family. Go for a walk in the forest, sit down and stay silent for 10 minutes. Watch nature. You can’t take your money with you when you’re dead.

I'm probably gonna wait till sets tank before i buy. I lost my ass on Baldur's Gate, and Dominaria. So i'm gonna wait till sets tank for here on out. I'm sorry Rudy I love you man., but one thing i've learned in this market is patience. Since i'm a collector this makes more sense for me.
