I've always had faith in the Lord, but its been a while since I've last reached out & tried to speak with him. Right from the opening lyric "In the name of Jesus" tears started to well up in my eyes, a lump in my throat. As the song progressed so did the tears that ran down my cheeks. I was confused with the emotion I had within me. Then it hit me like a lightening bolt, through this song/reaction video the Lord was showing me a sign. Tears of joy never felt so good. I thank you both for this reaction video & will pray for you tonight. A big thank you to DMX may he RIP & especially the biggest thank you to the Lord for coming into my life & touching me(his loyal servant & Christian Soldier) when I needed it most. God Bless

There is very high quality on much christian music past 5-10 years, you just have to play some of them to get to hear more. Mayby not too much in rap, but I am sure there is some. Charlie wilson is not rap, he is rap affiliate and do som collabs with Snoop and others, R&B/soul, but he just put out a song about blessings I think. And much R&B/soul about God and Jesus that is top notch. Seek it out, and the lord will find you and put his mark on you. Check the top hits in christian nations, much christian music, in the caribians and africa on mainstream lists. Is not promoted by heathen US labels and radio, but the rest of the world get them hits too. I think that even Nicki Minaj did a christian duet with Cece Winans.Many mainstream US artists do some christian duets, but perhaps are not allowed to do it on their own records because of labels. But in the field of rappers, that is a harder one.

I absolutely love something about the 4:11 to 4:17 line. “Guide me, I’ll walk slow but stay right beside me, the devils tryin to find me, hide me” Something about the devil trying to find him like he has a special bone to pick with x and x being tucked away by a light shield as a way of hiding from the devil is just too good imagery wise.
