The rules state that QSOs may only be solicited over RF and that self spotting may only be done over RF. As long as I, personally, don't disclose the frequency that I am on, and don't personally make a solicitation for stations over the livestream, then those two rules aren't broken. Any spotting of my frequency by a third party is legal, and by definition not breaking the rules.
