A much appreciated and thoughtful comment. The word sausage, although not new, does in fact use many other cuisines, making all kinds of meat, singularly one or mixed meats recipes. For some years also made up of solely fish or vegan or vegetarian fillers.,plus many spices as is traditional for the meat versions too. A breadth of choice for all tastes.
