Oh I do agree with the Amish. I was raised on a farm when I was just a little girl. N my mother was a Mennonite women n my grandmother. I would love to live amount the Amish. N learn more. They are definitely down to earth people. N I love it. God bless the Amish n the Mennonites.

An Absolutely AWESOME vid 👍🏆👍 Reminds me of my mother and grandmothers! My mother used to put raw chunks of meat and a couple of pinches of salt in canning jars & in a empty jar put a thermometer then water canning! She would check the temperature! The meat was thoroughly cooked!

PS she did old way for fruits! Jar cooked fruits then wax! But didn't quite work out! We didn't have a ""ROOT CELLAR"" got too hot in summer and seal melted and spoiled!
