Speaking of being able to 'travel across vast distances of outer space (2nd heaven)', we're more than likely talking about the utilization of three-dimensional spiral propulsion that, believe it or not, is based upon the principal of a simple propeller which also demonstrates God's sense of humor in a most hilarious way since this three-dimensional spiral propulsion principal can be found naturally in nature. Also, we're talking about speeds in the multiples of the speed of light with the use of this three-dimensional spiral propulsion which further gives rise to the necessity of there being more to the 'empty vacuum of space' than is currently being publicly acknowledged. For instance, the basis for a comet having a 'tail' that has the source never being consumed?

I would say the majority of people, alive in the west today, would be very open to Space Explorations. There may be a problem with the more "primitive and religiously fanatical" cultures, but every scientist knows, if we want to ensure the survival of the Human species we have to have populations living off Earth. And if we have the technology to explore other planets, we have the technology to build shelters off planet.
