Congrats on a beautiful car! Don’t say you don’t deserve it; I’m sure you worked hard for it. I take delivery of my G80x in about 4 weeks. It’s Tanzanite Blue over Kayalami Orange. I got the same packages (Exec Pkg, Driving Asst, Parking Asst, etc). For options, I went with CF trim (interior and exterior), drive recorder, ventilated sport seats, laser lights, M drive, shadow line, etc.). I went with 825M wheels (bi-color) because everyone seems to have the 826M (love those also). I agree with your comment re black wheels losing their detail/definition. I also went with red calipers for a little extra pop. And I went with a moonroof instead of the carbon roof. Mine is definitely more daily driver/comfort spec but I have a 997 911 for the dedicated sports car. Enjoy yours and keep putting out these great vids!

Personally, I’d skip the Executive package, checked yes on the carbon ceramic brake. I’m torn on the buckets because I really want the ventilated seats - wish they offered ventilation with the buckets.

After owning the M3 for a while now, I can confidently say the buckets were a must have for me. Elevates the car greatly

I ordered a g80. I'm considering getting this interior. How do you plan to keep it pristine?

So three things 1) I plan to ceramic window tint the car to help keep the sun rays out 2) ceramic coat the interior leather so it doesn’t stain 3) avoid driving with jeans/clothes that are heavily dyed. Hopefully that helps!

How do you like the new screen dash? I have a 2022 M240i with the id7 (split or more traditional dash). The graphics look awesome on the newer dash screens but do you get a lot of glare without the screen cover?

Think black is best colour as that hideous grill is less obvious. I have an F80 and can’t convince myself to swap to g80 purely because of the design. It’s getting a facelift summer 24 so fingers crossed they update front end.

It’s not extended leather! It’s full leather! The standard no cost option is called extended the upgraded $2500 option that you have is full leather.
