You brought me right back. You really have touched on something. One time I was not in a great place drink drugs, a voice in my head saying, go back training and everything will be ok. A few months later a voice saying go home to Claire i did, i am still living with her and we have an 8 yr old boy. I was in the shower few years ago and the voice said , I TOLD YOU EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY. this is the first time i have shared this story, because of this video. Peace and love ❤

this voice never lies, I know what you mean. 12 years ago I had similar incident, the voice said to me in the morning before I go out for work to leave my cash at home. I only had £20 in my purse, and I said to my self why should I leave them at home... At that same morning I went out for work and I was robbed in the street. So yes the voice knows ahead of time....

Exactly! Just as you describe while doing sports; I feel a sense of flow while bonding with park Squirrels or wildlife in silence. No words, no names, beingness simply takes over and the world disappears at times. I tell others that I meditate between Squirrels. But I am actually in a meditative state while being with Squirrels or in nature. The connectedness can only be felt in silence. It would be great to implement that flow in the daily life. Thank you for the video and all the other wonderful ones you’ve shared. Taken from your other video and revised: “I Am Always Centered And Tuned Into The Voice Of My Ideal! All I Am Aware Of Is Love. I have frequently talked to myself and frequently I have this words that I hear from within! Sometimes it is something or someone in the outside that holds my attention! And the message is always related in how I Am Is talking to me through symbolism not just in words. Big difference here!

If you are in a habit of expecting worst case scenarios, try this: You tell yourself: what if everything goes wrong, it falls apart? This time say: something amazing may happen at any moment, I expect the best outcome! You think you can protect yourself from getting hurt by thinking the worst case, but in reality you just live in so much anxiety and fear all that time. It's time to expect the best, try it.

Snowboarding sounds really fun 😊 ice skating is the closest I've come, it takes a lot of concentration. I like when anything takes me out of my head coz it's hard to get out of my head 🫠I used to go ice skating with my cousins when we were younger but limiting beliefs stopped me from going too fast or trying out any of the advanced stuff coz I was scared.

I do this all the time and had no idea what the terms were thank you so much I was passively allowing an emotion of an old self be present while actively listening in deep engagement to your video especially when you began to express how all power is now even in this current conversation I really liked that part I zoned in consciously and that emotion that I decided not to label and let be present dissipated on its own. This is an often thing with me, I love when that happens like a video game I call it leveling up. Thanks again ❤

I do my activities meditation every day when I clean , cooking and even when I do my work out 😅. My 10 year old girl 👧 just started snowboarding at school here in Switzerland this winter 🇨🇭 She loves it and all her roommates have chosen it 🎿

whenever my grandma leaves the room after dinner wherein am finally able to mute cnn and wash the dishes...always either get some piece of previously unknown information, or see a particular wall and television in a house that is not my own also sometimes a house that looks like a crate and barrel or something, where i become aware of someone like, furiously writing in a black spiral notebook in childhood, it'd happen extremely frequently, but instead it was this very square beige room with one or two posters on the wall it's interesting
