This is amazing advice. Your wisdom in this area is also admirable. Just be true and authentic to what you actually want from the beginning. I think my problem was that in the past I wasn't really authentic and would just say and do what I 'knew' got the best results, instead of being more authentic if the authenticity created initial unease in the relationship. This is just how you become a doormat or a people pleaser.

you are ignoring the fact that there are a HUGE amount of people who get VERY bitter when we are being happy.. and that can lead to them being very dusruptive to our days and plans etc.. no matter how much we feel good.. there's more than one consciousness in the world so we have that to deal with when we build up feeling really good.. it's NOT our thoughts doing that, it's the other peoples thoughts when they see us being happy and they are not and they get bitter at us
