Hey thonny buddy it's me Vinny yeah this hurricane we had was really bad we had damaging winds 100 mi an hour wind damage trees water was flooded by her house Clearwater was totally messed up haven't even went fishing yet dude on the water not being so dirty buddy 💯👍💪

Man I live over in Ormond beach and that hurricane really turned the snook fishing on ..do you ever throw big swimbaits for snook?

@@Thonnyshoot for the past 3 years I've been making swimbaits and finally got pretty darn good at it just to see how they do on the west coast. I've done good with them snook fishing here

hey Thonny what do you think of the pin wrath two reel and rod combo? I started fishing last year and bought a normal ugly stick rod and reel combo it's been good for me to caught some nice fish I wasn't sure about how much drag for catching snook or other saltwater fish that pin wrath to says it only has 15 lb of drag what do you recommend for drag if I was going to buy a cheap combo under 100

Assuming you’re fishing with live bait mainly. I would check out the Piscifun NautiX 4000. I’ve been using it for a few months now and they pretty solid and affordable. I’d pair it up with a calico jack 7’6 medium 6-12lb class and run 15lb braid on it. It’ll be just a bit over $100 but you’ll have a great outfit for the price.

@@Thonny it was in the Tierra Verde canal. On the left side before the first hole in the Old Second 7-Eleven that was there before period. There's actually a bridge to the Holmes on the left. I used to sneak in there 25 years ago . He still g i l l plated the leader period it was a monster

I haven’t been to Sarasota in a year! Hurricane Milton did some damage down there so the spots I usually go to won’t be as good. Maybe try bridge street pier or the concrete pier
