Hi Maam, Its been 1 yr into preparations and not even cleared a single pre. Rigorously practicing for sbi pre but Testbook mock scores and always around 60_70. But in previous yr memory based tests, around 70_80. My Reasoning is good(30 approx), Struggling in quant (15_17) max, English (20-25) ... and currently iam focusing on arithmeric pre level

People might tell you that you would get promoted in 3 years or so and that a public sector bank is better than a regional rural bank. But trust me being an officer is in itself a proud feeling. So double your salary and extra perks. Go for RRB. And you can always prepare for something better if you are not satisfied with the job. 😊
