Michael DeAloia was prepared from an early stage to be successful, or at least curious. That’s what led a guy from Dayton, OH to take the trip up north to discover Cleveland. He loves this city. He’s served this city. He knows the potential this city holds to be THE destination city for technology, growth and prosperity for all those willing to make it their home.
Michael’s tale is the story of a guy that wants to do more, because he has this intellectual curiosity. Michael made money when a company he had partial stake in was sold. He didn’t have to work, but his damn curiosity kept poking him to find something that would allow him to remain curious. And that is exactly what he found in Evergreen Podcast.
At Evergreen Podcasts Michael found a principal that trusted him, a platform that can scale & grow, and a team that embraces the same level of intellectual curiosity that he has. He started in 2017 with himself and a couple interns in Cleveland, OH. Now, seven years later, Evergreen Podcasts has 25 full time employees with offices in Cleveland, California, and Puerto Rico with plans to acquire two companies in the next year. Ambitious, maybe? Curious, absolutely.
