RECIPE:
Watermelon - 7 kg.
Dill seeds - 1/2 tsp for each jar
Paprika - 1/2 tsp for each jar
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp for each jar
Sugar - 1 tsp for each jar
Salt (coarse) - for each jar, 1 tbsp.
Garlic
5 types of aromatic pepper (black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, pink pepper, allspice).
Vinegar (4%) - for each jar of 30 ml.
Boiling water.
