One of my fave J-drama and certainly the best Itakiss Version in my eyes. Love the chemistry between the Naoki and Kotoko and the way they faced various hardships then grew individually and together. Not to forget the hidden message the deceased author's husband send her "the days you chased after me I slowly fell for you", it really reflects in this version. Each time and in different life stages I understand it more.

Actually They are not acting like childish, but doing things like manga or anime because if they are not doing it like that then it will be a flop in Japan. If you are an anime or manga lover then you can understand it

I've noticed in a lot of Jdramas the women act as if they are stuck in a 12 years mind set, very childish it's annoying to watch, this is no different...

😢 and we never get to see the ending of the manga
@its_kapewrite2 жыл бұрын
Accordingly, the anime version has the ending that the author wish to have. The author Kaoru Tada of Itazura na Kiss (manga) had always been open to her husband about the flow of her manga and has told him (her husband) that she's ending it with giving Kotoko and Naoki a daughter. The manga's last chapter was accordingly only until Naoki asked Kotoko if she was pregnant that's why most of the remakes like It Started with a Kiss" the Taiwanese adaptation ended that way as well. 2008 I guess when the anime version was released with the ending that the husband has told the production to be added to give an end to his wife's unfinished creation.

@noodlelicious.2 жыл бұрын
So cringing when reduce a female role like that. Is the target audience for show for men or women or kids? If it's kids, this is wrong.
