Ken great work on the last several videos and exhaust mods, only gripe would be that there are no dyno numbers provided by Active Autowerks for their solutions. That's a big fail on their part, not on you. Honestly I'd like to know how much I am going to get in hp/tq when I spend money on downpipes and other components. Keep up the good work.

sounds amazing! probably doing the same type of downpipes on my g87 to add to my aftermarket mid pipe and axle back so I don't get a CEL.. I just wish I can program out the burbles/pops. That peaked almost 10 years ago when the original F type R came out.

With this exact setup, I dont hear any drone but keep in mind this is a manual version. Everything you are hearing is with the valves opened AKA my neighbors will hate mode lol. WIth the valves closed it pretty tamed.

Zero check engine light and I've had it on the car for 2+ yrs. They also guarantee it so if there is any issues later on they will send out a new one. I was actually just looking at their website they are having 10% off. I believe that sale ends tomorrow

Catless is going to be louder, since this give me less restriction. I just see the benefits of having a catted down pipe to avoid the check engine light along with minimizing the horrible catless smell. That eventually gets old especially if you're idling

You're right about high-flow catted DPs being the way to go. I've been running Eisenmann catless on my F80 for the last couple years and I've just had it with the stink. I'm ordering a set of AA GESI DPs from x-ph next month. According to the guys at Active, there's only a 5 HP difference between GESI DPs and catless, and that's probably not enough to register on the butt dyno. They're gonna mate up to the resonated EL mid from Active and MPE out back. The resonated mid really tames a lot of the rasp you get when running catless, but I want to quiet the whole thing down and get rid of the stink. If that's not enough, I'm gonna go all out and order the full Ti system from Valvetronic. Hopefully their system can restore some of that turbo howl you get on decel that you only get when running a big single midpipe.

No burble tune. That's actually the stock burbles. I'm not a fan of the burbles either. One option I'd to tune the car which I'm not a fan of.
