I have made this today, and it's fantastic! The technique of rolling it proved easier than I thought. Very satisfying - a work of art 🤩 although where I am in Sicily, I cannot get pecan nuts. I got chopped roasted hazelnuts instead. I also used ready chopped (granelli) almonds
