it is strong yes since skarner is very low range you will always hit enemies with it

Generally not actually worth since it doesn't give ability haste and that holds more value in most cases

I would highly recommend AD shaco over AP shaco in nearly all situations much easier to carry with. I personally don't even like playing AP shaco either so I also stick to AD.

Ad is better solely because you're not reliant on boxes as much as ap shaco, plus he did get his q buffed recently as well. Both are playable,but if you're new to the champion (like me ) ad is significantly better

Not visually appealing, depends on capture the point minigame, is weak early, depends on teammates not gifting pentakill to the Veigar at minute 3. He's not a bad champ, he's just dependant on his spires and team.
