@@benyammiinn Eleanor Roosevelt Transcript of Speech on Human Rights 1951 Paragraph One: I’m very glad to be able to take part in this celebration in St. Louis on Human Rights Day. Ever since the declaration of human rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, was passed in Paris in 1948 on December the 10th , we have fostered the observance of this day not only in the United States but throughout the world. Paragraph Two: The object is to make people everywhere conscious of the importance of human rights and freedoms. Paragraph Three: The reason for that is that these are spoken of and emphasized in the Charter of the United Nations, and the declaration was written to elaborate the rights already mentioned in the charter and to emphasize also, for all of us, the fact that the building of human rights would be one of the foundation stones, on which we would build in the world, an atmosphere in which peace can grow. Paragraph Four: For that reason, all over the world we’ve encouraged the Association for the United Nations to observe a whole week before United Nations Day comes around to explain the United Nations and what goes on in that organization and when we come to the celebration for human rights we try to particularly have people study the declaration so that they will really understand what were considered to be the most essential rights for all people to have throughout the world. Paragraph Five: They fall into different groups and one reason that we are now considering the writing of a covenant or covenants is because we feel that these rights should sometimes be actually written into the laws of countries throughout the world, and that can be done by the adoption of covenants and the changing of laws to meet whatever a country has accepted in a covenant which will be written in treaty form. Paragraph Six: These things must be well understood because even though you pass, you accept treaties and countries ratify those treaties, the real change, which must give to people throughout the world their human rights, must come about in the hearts of people. Paragraph Seven: We must want our fellow human beings to have rights and freedoms which give them dignity and which will give them a sense that they are human beings that can walk the earth with their heads high and look all men in the face. Paragraph Eight: If we observe these rights, for ourselves and for others, I think we will find that it is easier in the world to build peace because war destroys all human rights and freedoms, so in fighting for those we fight for peace.

If you are purchasing harmful content (non-consenting individuals, for example), then from the perspective of law enforcement, you are creating demand for these illegal and very harmful crimes. "Seeing things online" can be much more harmful than purchasing drugs, because there may necessarily be a victim in your crime.
@leoalper4530 Жыл бұрын
@@logangantner3863 I feel like there's a pretty clear distinction between just seeing things and actually purchasing. The website intends to entice you to send them money in return of such illegal and harmful content. You aren't creating demand by simply being on the website and not purchasing. If you haven't entered that website with the intent to actively be involved in that crime, especially if you did not know what kind of website this was, I feel like that should not constitute guiltiness of a crime.

Yeah... this isn’t how I got caught. My vendor kept my address on his computer, and the FBI set up an old style sting operation by ordering packages from him, and tracking down where he came from. His mule kept using the same return addresses with the same mailboxes after getting lazy, and then gave him up when he was caught. Luckily, the DA prosecuting the case saw us all as victims and I wasn’t charged with anything, but I’m sure not everyone gets that lucky...

Scariest part of this video is a kid wanting to pay off his tuition (which is an insane amount in todays world) and the cops putting a sting on him. Especially when the government works with the schools and has a general ability to control the cost of tuition. Not saying they raise the tuition but they have the ability to lower it if they want to.

Many of these people violated the basic "best practices" for using the tor network. If you really care about anonymity, you must boot a different operating system that writes nothing to disk. Under no circumstances should any data be stored locally on a networked computer, and any private encryption keys should be stored encrypted with a strong passphrase. This just scratches the surface of this topic, and I am not any kind of expert, but I can tell you that achieving anonymity is possible--it just takes discipline and a lot more effort than most people are willing to put in.

Sometimes they also arrest a drug dealer, they find his PC at home, they see he sells on darknet, they find all names and adresses of clients because he was too lazy to delete everything... Also there are some guys who run business on darknet but they give infos to fbi to have some protection and not be arrested. 90% of market places owners are arrested and go in jail, the other 10% do an exit scam (they keep all the money on clients/sellers account)
