The World Rally Championship returns to Mexico, and for the first time with the new Rally 1 cars. A new challenge for these hybrid-powered cars, which will suffer the heat and heights in the timed sections of the toughest rally in the world.
The rally began in Guanajuato, with two passes through an urban section through the tunnels of the town. Ott Tanak took the lead, gaining a significant advantage.
