These are true Ranger players setting a precedent for the years to come. The Rangers played on their toes for 3 periods, but were even able to ramp things up in the 3rd. They backed down Carolina up until the 6 on 5. Great statement win!

As a canes fan, this was a rough loss, but you could see the plays before they turned into goals and the canes fell apart in the latter half of the third. The rough start to the penalty kill and bad Power play all series hurt us and no denying Anderson just wasn't good enough. Both in the islanders and ranger series I wanted kotchekov over Anderson. Either way, both teams are excellent teams and they only one that concerned me was the Rangers, so getting knocked out by them is dissapointing, it wasn't unexpected.

Who is MiNka? You mean Mika? Lol. He has 3 G with 11 🍎's and is a +2 on the ice. Who REALLY needs to step up is Artemi. 4 G 7 🍎's and is a -2 on the ice. 1 goal the entire Canes series. That can't happen when he is supposed to be our leading goal scorer. He was great in the Caps series. Gave us a crucial OT winner in one of the Canes games but other than that and the 2 assists from their last game he's virtually been a no show.
