This is my experience as a tourist in China. Before coming I was a little nervous, but as you can see this is how I got treated. I plan on visiting more regions and showing how the reality is. The way I yelled TAIKOOLI when you turned your camera towards the area. That’s Sanlitun on Gongti beilu and Sanlitun SoHo shopping street. I can go on and on 😆 Beijing will always have a special place in my heart because of the beautiful experiences I had when I lived there. Spent the entire 2020 lockdowns and post lockdown there. you don't need to spend money on the cable car. there is a paved trail so you can just hike up 😅. beijing is kind of expensive. the restaurant you went to is like 2-3x prices in other places in china.

When my sister and I went to Beijing and Shanghai back in 2018, we had such hard time finding good food because we only eat halal food. Also all the social medias are blocked and we didn’t sue vpn. That was tough! It was also very polluted.

IIn fact, Beijing has a very large Muslim community with many Muslim restaurants. There are 82 mosques ，There is a street called Niu Street, which only sells halal food and is a famous food district in Beijing。
