Hey there, just happen to see your comment. I’m Chinese and I’ve being living in the UK for over 23 years now. I started to pay attention to people’s perception here towards China/ Chinese people during Covid. It’s unfairly negative I would say, perhaps thanks to the media I guess. Just wanna say thanks for being open minded about it. From my experience of travelling around 20 countries I believe China is super safe in comparison and Chinese people are very friendly especially towards foreigners. I'm glad to see you were having a great time in Shanghai. I had been to Shanghai back in 2018 for my first time. I went to the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge. People were friendly to see me first time. It was great fun. I got two videos on my KZbin channel. Let me know when you want to see them. I was supposed to stay for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, my so-called female friend didn't treat me well and shouts at me very badly to a point, I couldn't take her disgusting abuse anymore so I left after my 4th day in China and went South Korea, where the women can treat me 1000x better. In the meantime, take care from Canada.
