I would really love if you spread awareness that Afghanistan is a middle eastern country and culturally more middle eastern than it is any other region in your next video! People have a misconception that the culture could be construed as Indian/Pakistan but it's so different. We are very close to Iran and we consider ourselves Persian. Also, it's very sad what;s going on in my country now. I really hope things change... the state of the government and who its being ran by is a tragedy. Where were the women???

Mazar is a tourist destination for all Afghans. It's known for different types of sweet melons and candies. Yet again, it looks so much dark and dead. I don't know if it is for camera quality, or it became like this after Taliban took over. They brought back their heavy darkness.

Those hats are not product of northern people.. it’s Pashtuns hat by Pashtun people that have settled here from southern Afghanistan ( it’s Kandahari hat - southern province , Pashtun hat ).. wearing a Pashtun hat by Pashtun occupation of northern side ( by their cousins or clan or people known as taliban ) - it’s disrespectful and disgrace and not ok in northern Afghanistan…northern people ( Farsi spoken people ) are liberal , but southern (Pashtun ) are highly conservative for centuries .. taliban are also Pashtuns- they have occupied Farsi spoken peoples land , bringing their Pashtuns to northern side ( settling them )/ but washing out the owners of that land ( Tajiks , Uzbeks , hazards , Turkmen )-putting their Pashtun identity or restrictions on liberal women in Farsi spoken side … every Pashtun regime had been byproduct of British or superpowers , while the rest having by runned down by those fascist Pashtun regimes ..
