This is the sort of Sableye video people need to see more of. Yeah it’s funny to meme on Sableye as a troll pick, but the reality of it is, a good Sableye player has so many unique ways to affect the outcome of a match. Having said that, if you really want to support as Sableye, you take Faint Attack. The ability to secure vision and scout opponents positions/mess with pathing/dps at range without even needing to be in the area is so powerful in a game with no wards.

Feint Attack is strong, but some of the higher level players I see usually take Confuse Ray because of how valuable it is in teamfights and especially at Rayquaza, it's a very high risk, high reward skill shot that can remove control from a player for a few seconds that an enemy team can use to punish, it's very difficult to land but it can be brutal.

ranked for this game is not coordinated enough at any rank for stuff like the vision from FA to matter. your teammates will not use it in any way. the people that watch spragels or other high level players that are good enough to even appreciate a Sableye giving vision is ridiculously miniscule. the overall community of this game is completely terrible at team based gameplay and nuances and defaults immediately to toxicity.

I love to see how TiMi would implement his ability Victory Star, maybe as a passive AoE CD haste and I want to drop massive Fusion Bolts and V-Creates

i main sableye but the problem is that if you play with random player and see a sebleye they will just troll the game... to bad that the developer forget about this support after the nerf they didnt give it anymore buffs. but still i love playing a scout in a game

Low key a disruption support Glimmora would be so cool, setting hazards like Toxic Spikes or Stealth Rocks that give vision and hurt/hinder enemies with solid crowd control moves like Mortal Spin which you could bounce an opponent off one of your Carrys if you hit them like a spinning top.

I think that grimsnarl could be a good support that doesn’t heal your team, but raises their defenses and does good damage. It would also be the first 3 stage support Pokémon.

Either Klefki or Grimmsnarl for new supports. I'd love to see Grimmsnarl with a gigantamax form as it's unite move. Kind of like Hoopa unbound where it becomes a huge threat for a short time

I’ve been picking up Sableye lately as a lane support and never once considered it as a counter-jungler. Giving me real old-school Nunu vibes in League, I think it was TheOddOne who said the goal was to make the enemy jungler as useless as you are, and at least you still have utility. I need to try this! QotD: easily Meganium, it’s one of my favourite Pokémon and it would suit being a tanky support. Alternatively, I think a Sona or Seraphine-style supporter in Meloetta would be great!

Played a Sabe in masters that invaded my center and took it all. Couldn’t last hit for my life. Invaded lane at 4 as TTar and helped. Rush to 9 after a few good fights in lanes. Learned you have to predict sableye, patient with sand tomb. @2:00 i was 2v1 stomping with Sableye gunning me post fight. He popped invis, I turn toward my goal and hit unite. Predict the follow up and pounce before he appears. Roll to the dub after teamfight. Moral: fighting sableye is rough

I want Snubble-Granbull as a Support. Intimidate as the ability to lower enemy damage, either when you hit them or they hit you whatever works. Offer it Heal Bell as one of the endgame moves to choose a healing move that removes status effects in an aoe around Granbull so it can actually heal as a support, and then give it alternatives from the many different status inflicting moves it could have. Snarl, Roar, Scary Face, ect are all viable options here. Then for the other two moves, Play Rough and Crunch are the two kind of obvious 'offensive move' candidates. But if we've used Play Rough too much lately, I'd recommend using Fire/Ice/Thunder Fang and have it cycle between the elements with each move use like Dragonite's passive does. So passive would be Intimidate, starting moves idk but don't matter much at the moment, and final movesets would be Heal Bell or (Insert Status Move Here) and then Elemental Fangs or Crunch.

For a new support, I’d love to see Incineroar as a disruption/debuff support (mimicking its play style in VGC). My idea for the ability would be Intimidate - lowering opponents’ attack when Incin attacks; it would have a cooldown (like Wiggly Cute Charm) which could be reset with one of Incin’s moves (Parting Shot or U-Turn).

I really want Vaporeon in the game, my favourite eeveelution. It would probably follow suit with other eevees being busted at lvl 4, and in regular games its known for bulk, passing wish healing and threating become very strong with calm mind if left unchecked, so I would put wish, similiar to umbreons one and selfbuff calm mind on its skill2, and hydro pump with more damage, and ice beam with a small stun on its skill 1. Something thats shown in anime but not in games is that Vaporeon is made out of water and can blend in in it so a unite move that makes you turn into a puddle, become invulnerable while healing allies and slowing enemies on top of you would be very cool.

@@RomonicaDiGregory Both work but I want to seperate Vaporeon from Defender role and pure defense boosting move overlaps with slowbros amnesia a bit too much. But my set idea probably doesnt make much sense on a supporter anyway and it would be better to replace calm mind with something like helping hand, it could increase cooldown rate of an allies skills to be like Blissey but for mages :D

@@RomonicaDiGregory i see red buff as the single most broken part of pokemon unite, thats why trick room mimiq is such a letdown, so an AoE speed buff with slow immunity ( basicly a 2s xspeed) would be a good fit for mist as a move

i go ray with more opposing brawlers and speedstars. with more attackers, i go feint attack.

look at your enemy team if they are more on auto attack line up pick confiuson and target the attacker. you can use faint if you prefer to scout the map. placing 3 faint on the usual path your enemy team take to give vision on the mini map to help your team adjust or use it to hinder your enemy team when taking ovjective specialy on rayquaza scouting bush for an ambush help your team alot

Love to see grafaiai with taunt + substitute and poison jab + parting shot. A support that focuses on distracting or weakening opponents. If you'd like a healer than id go with floreges and give it grassy terrain + magical leaf or aromatherapy + moonblast.

As a Sableye main I'd Recommend to replace Charging Charm for Resonate Guard Cause Giving Fear Plus a Free Shield for you Ally to Run away Is Key for this Guy Being a Guardian Angel as Sableye is Worth it Go for Assists not Kills or Goals

I personally like feint attack over confuse ray. Like, same items but replace charging charm for curse bangle to really mess with the enemy. I also tend to focus on a more defense heavy emblem build to help sableye last a bit longer in fights when using knock off. I just find the feint & knock build to be so much more fun, and it helps hinder the enemy pretty well, for me at least.

A supporter with something like mirror coat or counter, where your own team can damage you for reduced damage and reflect it for more onto the enemy. (don't think this would function with my current teammates tho)

Sableye has to be one of my favorite supporters! It's Nice to see you play it as a chain CC support instead of pure back cap. I think smeargle would be a cool idea. A support who focuses around limiting the opponents field of vision like greninja's smoke screen. Or disabling "silencing" abilities without taking their ability to auto attack. The unite could be an ink blot on the screen kind of like blooper In Mario kart!

Good sableye needs good team to follow up the stuns, if they are random lunatics running around at random places instead of going at objectives, then there's nothing sableye can do. Once a stupid teammate started cursing because I exp share on my sableye and went to invade, like bruh! They had a drippi jungler.

i want Support Drapion with Toxic Spikes as AoE slow and dmg over time (poison) dmg. Poison Fang for extra dmg on poisoned opponents and with a small hook ability. Fell Stinger as attack buff for Drapion and a near by ally and Night slash as small dash with high crit rate.
