15:10 my thought process was "well it looks like hitting the on/off switch will release the boo, so you should obviously want to hit the p-switch instead, but you can see the outline of where the blue block would be on the launcher so that would make you want to actually hit the on/off switch even though it looks like death, which is exactly why the on/off switch will be death and the correct answer is the p-switch." Of course the level makers these days just throw in completely random and arbitrary amounts of reverse psychology so it's basically like flipping a coin every time there's a choice but still.

In these red coins setups, if you enter a section through a pipe you exit through a door and vice versa. It's counterintuitive and most people don't notice that.

I actually caught it first time through the Yoshi path. Since the second CP is in the subworld, all paths have to end up there. Therefore, doors must end in pipes and pipes must end in doors.
